Viktor Manrique and Richard White opened Realty World – Regency in Hercules on April 1st, but are making it official with a celebratory ribbon cutting ceremony scheduled for Friday, May 15th.
Realty World – Regency is located in the Hercules Bayfront Community in the heart of the new downtown area looking out over the water.
After a great experience working with their previous real estate franchisor, Viktor and Richard decided it was time to take the next step into building their own company.
